ORDERS

Upon placement of an order and receipt of that order, customers will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number. Todd Sanfield reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.

SHIPPING

We do our best to process and ship orders within one (1) business day.

We ship to the shipping address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Shipments returned to us as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend. Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation. Signature confirmation can be provided upon request. 

 

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Depending on shipping service selected, typically takes a few days up to one (1) week.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Directly dependent on the shipping service selected, how your country processes mail, and the given location. To reduce potential costs associated with international shipping, we suggest you use USPS shipping, if available. Please be aware that USPS international shipping is extremely reliable, but can experience longer delivery times up to approximately four (4) weeks, and depending on the type of shipping you select, we have seen it take up to 10 weeks.

The recipient (the party receiving the goods) is responsible for all custom fees and duties, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery. The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery. If the recipient (the party receiving the goods) refuses delivery, all charges related to the return will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the customer's refund.
