RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Pack Builder

All products purchased using our Pack Builder are exchange only, except for mesh and thong underwear.

Thongs are a final sale item. Mesh items can only be exchanged for the exact same product in a different variant or size.

If you wish to proceed with an exchange, we offer the option to select another item exclusively from our Pack Builder collection.

Only one exchange is allowed per transaction. All exchanges are final sale.

 

Free Products

All free products are final sale. Should you place a return and it falls below the required tier ($150 or $200), the free item(s) must be returned. Alternatively, if you would like to keep the free item(s) and return other parts of your order, we will deduct the full amount of the product (minus any discounts used) from your total order. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.

 

Returns + Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags still attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only one exchange is allowed per transaction.

All exchanges, swimwear thongs, underwear thongs, and overstock items are final sale.

All mesh underwear is exchange only Mesh items can only be exchanged for the exact same product in a different variant or size.

We actively monitor account activity for unusual orders, payments, or returns behavior. We reserve the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts in these circumstances.

 

Returns (if applicable)

If you are RETURNING items, contact us at info@toddsanfield.com. We will send domestic customers a shipping label with the necessary return shipping information. International customers are responsible for both the shipping of their order(s) back to us and the accompanying expensesPlease note that the cost of the original shipping and return label will be deducted from your refund. Plus, a $5 per item processing fee will be applied to refunds of 3 items or more (including any added gifts). Unfortunately, we are not able to resell returns and/or exchanges due to reasons of hygiene.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you are EXCHANGING items, contact us at info@toddsanfield.com. We will be the one to provide a prepaid shipping label for domestic customers with the necessary return shipping information. Only one exchange is allowed per transaction. All exchanges are final sale.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Please allow 10-15 business days to allow for the delivery of the returned item to our provided address and then processing. Once processed, we will send you a return confirmation email. From the day the return is processed by the returns team, depending on your bank, it can take up to several business days (approximately 3, but up to 10 business days) for the funds to reappear on your end. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@toddsanfield.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). If we provide the prepaid return shipping label for you to receive a refund, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund and you will be responsible for the original shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that can track your item or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
