Return + Exchange Policy


Returns + Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags still attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only one exchange is allowed per transaction. All exchanges, swimwear thongs, underwear thongs, mesh underwear, and overstock items are final sale.

We actively monitor account activity for unusual orders, payments, or returns behavior. We reserve the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts in these circumstances.

Returns (if applicable)

If you are RETURNING items, contact us at We will send you a shipping label with the necessary return shipping informationPlease note that the cost of the original shipping and return label will be deducted from your refund. A $5 per item processing fee will be applied to refunds of 3 items or more.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you are EXCHANGING items, contact us at We will be the one to provide a prepaid shipping label with the necessary return shipping information. Only one exchange is allowed per transaction. All exchanges are final sale.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Please allow 10-15 business days to allow for the delivery of the returned item to our provided address and then processing. Once processed, we will send you a return confirmation email. From the day the return is processed by the returns team, depending on your bank, it can take up to several business days (approximately 3, but up to 10 business days) for the funds to reappear on your end. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). If we provide the prepaid return shipping label for you to receive a refund, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund and you will be responsible for the originally shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that can track your item or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
