FINAL SALE & Exchange-Only
All exchanges, swimwear thongs, underwear thongs, mesh underwear, jocks, and sale items priced at $30 or less are final sale.
All sale swimwear is eligible for exchange-only and is not eligible for a return.
Returns + Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags still attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only one exchange is allowed per transaction.

We actively monitor account activity for unusual orders, payments, or returns behavior. We reserve the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts in these circumstances.
Only one exchange is allowed per transaction. All exchanges are final sale.
FREE PRODUCTS
All free products are final sale. Should you place a return and it falls below the required tier ($100, $150 or $200), the free item(s) must be returned. Alternatively, if you would like to keep the free item(s) and return other parts of your order, we will deduct the full amount of the product (minus any discounts used) from your total order. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
REVIEWS
All photos and videos that are shared with reviews must be approved at the discretion of our company, Todd Sanfield Collection LLC. Our approval process may take between one to two weeks.
REWARDS POINTS
Reward points are non-expiring and can be accessed through the TSC Rewards page. VIP discount codes can be found in the Rewards History section on the TSC Rewards Page. To redeem your points, please log in to your account and select them from the drop-down menu during checkout.
ORDERS
Upon placement of an order and receipt of that order, customers will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number. Todd Sanfield reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.

SHIPPING
We do our best to process and ship orders within one (1) business day.
We ship to the shipping address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Shipments returned to us as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend. Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation. Signature confirmation can be provided upon request. We may also request a signature confirmation.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY
Depending on the shipping service selected, it typically takes a few days up to a few weeks. Delays up to a few weeks are commonly due to USPS internal logistics.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed during November and December may experience longer delays due to the volume of packages being handled and shipped by USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for the holidays.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Directly dependent on the shipping service selected, how your country processes mail, and the given location. To reduce potential costs associated with international shipping, we suggest you use USPS shipping, if available. Please be aware that USPS international shipping is extremely reliable, but can experience longer delivery times up to approximately four (4) weeks, and depending on the type of shipping you select, we have seen it take up to 10 weeks.

The recipient (the party receiving the goods) is responsible for all custom fees and duties, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery. The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery. If the recipient (the party receiving the goods) refuses delivery, all charges related to the return will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the customer's refund.

A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order.
